Terrible service and timing
I have ordered two pairs of glasses (regular and sunglasses) on October 2nd 2020 from Clearly on Robson St. An employee who was helping me said the order should be ready in 10-14 business days which is fine. However, turned out that she messed up my order and it has never been sent to the lab. So after 3 weeks of my order I called them but was told that my order never went through (considering I was charged the full amount). They offered a $30 discount which is a joke. An operator on the phone said that my order will be processed immediately. When I called again a few days later to check on the order the store said that there was a mistake and it’s never been sent. I was told that a manager of the store will call me the next day. Nobody called me so I called them myself in the end of the day. The manager said that there’s nothing they could do or give a further discount and that the only thing she could do is to email the lab to make an express order. It’s been exactly 2 weeks ago. No express, no sufficient discount for over a month of wait, terrible service. Very disappointed. Will never order from Clearly again.
