The lenses are great, I have had no problems and have ordered many pairs. Returns due to fit of frames happened once and again I had no problems. Staff are friendly when you need them. Shipping is fast.

The website had changed since I last ordered glasses so phoned in and a lovely lady working from home helped me through the process. Using her advice I picked out glasses and ordered online. Glasses arrived on time; met my expectations and the price was as always a real bargain compared to buying from my optometrist. I have been ordering new glasses from Clearly for several years now; don't see any reason why I wouldn't; good value ; good service and don't have that I've been really ripped off feeling.

I have been ordering from clearly for years now. I mainly wear contacts and they fit great match my petscription and are of the dame quality as prescribed by my optometrist. I have also ordered glasses I have loved and still wear. I have also ordered glasses i didnt like. The return process was fast and easy.
