I have not used my dyson since purchasing the gtech, it does what it says on the box, powerful suction, easy to use and empty. I would highly recommend this piece of kit to anyone.

Couldn't be more pleased

We took a lot of time deciding which cordless vacuum cleaner to buy. We watched loads of videos and read many reviews but knowing all the feedback is not what it seems. However, I can honestly say that we have been blown away by what the k9 and hand held devices offer. The battery lasts for ages and ages, cleaning is so easy to do. Without having to plug and trail a cable, vacuuming has become a pleasure!!! Henry has only been out once since we bought the GTech and that was only to defluff a brand new carpet! We are so pleased we bought GTech:)

Great product and customer service.

We purchased the K9 and the multi tool, I never thought a cordless cleaner could be as good as a mains, how wrong was I, it's every bit as good with the benefit of being light and so easy to use, while the wife is cleaning the stairs with the multi tool I'm doing the lounge carpet, done in no time, I would highly recommend this product.

Brilliant Machine

Both the Air Ram and GTech Multi are first class pieces of equipment. When my husband suggested getting them after I'd just has two knee replacements I wasn't interested but when we'd had them a couple of weeks I decided to have a go and wished that I'd listened and bought them earlier in the year. Don't hesitate, they're wonderful, so good we've bought them for my 86 year old parents to make life easier for them!

Faulty gtech multi

Received my gtech multi but it had a faulty charge light on it, eventually got it changed after a few phones calls. It's good but not as good as I was expecting. Keeping it but wouldn't replace it if it ever packed up !

Light, no cord, easy emptying, great job.

I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands and feet and my wife also has Arthritis - this is easy to use, nice and light to push and no cables to worry about. It does a really good job, more powerful than our last cleaner too. It is easy to empty and we are very pleased with our purchase. Also the hand held vacuum that we purchased at the same time is very useful for the skirting's, cobwebs that are ceiling height and, of course, the car.

Very good after sales service

The spare an battery I ordered was missing but after a simple phone call They sent a replacement out very quickly with no fuss very impressed.

GTech floor cleaner.

This is an excellent cleaner, I use it more than my Upright electric vacuum cleaner. Had no trouble assembling it, except for the handle, which I eventually did, then found I should have attached the very useful duster first! I can thoroughly recommend this cleaner to anyone.

Wish I had this years ago

I am so pleased with the Gtech AirRam anyone who has back/shoulder/hand problems , arthritis and the like should get this machine NOW . It is brilliant to use so light it does not put any strain on any part of the body and it works well too , in fact we have a dog who is moulting hair at the moment and the AirRam is dealing with it brilliantly and getting rid of the dust and hair is so much better than conventional machines being made into a block for disposal healthier too ! we are sooooooooo pleased to have this .

Gtech & Gtech multi

We researched all similar products and plumped for this package. It arrived next day. Delighted with both. We needed both as the upright does not have a hose suction thingy. Both are as expected-light. Vacuuming is so much easier and we do it more often, and it's easy. Would recommend to anyone. We tried my neice's dyson and pleased we went Gtech. Neice's should have looked further. Great!

The Air Ram is an excellent buy.

The Air Ram is very light and picks up dirt efficiently. Recharging and emptying don't need doing often and are straightforward. We had a slight problem fitting new filters but were quickly put right by a phone call to customer services. The only drawback, inevitable with this type of cleaner, is the lack of additional tools.

Gtech is very good.

I brought my Gtech a few weeks ago and I love it. The Gtech is so easy to use and the multi is great for everything else. I really recommend this for everyone. Thanks Gtech Debra

Up hill and down dale

Off we went to the Derby Dales in our motorhome with our new Gtech bikes firmly strapped to the back,it was a bit daunting seeing all the hills we'd have to climb on our new Gtech's but,we needn't have worried we had great fun.So easy to peddle and simply pressing the green button to switch to battery,no struggle at all in fact it was easy as 1 2 3..My Gtech is permanently out and,I use it every day....A great 60th birthday gift...

It is great & easy to use.

It's easy to use,& because it can be hung on the wall & recharged out of the way. My wife is disabled, but can use it with ease. Very powerful,& picks up what our normal vacuum misses.
