Cannot fault the air ram. However, was disappointed that lights did not work on the original "Multi" delivered. It was however quickly replaced.

who is GTECH buy find out and have no regrets super products

I have seen GTECH advertised but did not take much notice as lots of products come and go.Heard people praise the products so we thought well lets try as it is a good price we bought a cleaner for the caravan and presto we now have three hoovers and my strimmer which says it all. ps My strimmer is brill with blades for life

A real "must have". Light, no wires to tangle round the furniture, efficient - wish I had had one years ago! To cap it all the delivery was amazing, in just less than 24 hours it had arrived and also with tracking it was right on time - very impressed.

Fantastic Hover light and powerful

Considering I do not like to hover, I am more than happy to use it. one minor niggle and this is why I have rated it as 5 star Is, the handle I find i am having to bent my wrist in an upward position to hold it.

Makes cleaning a blast !

You want to buy the GTech cleaner its a lot quicker and more easier than messing about with plugs and settings for different areas of your floors. l have notice l do not get back ache when l am cleaning so that's a big bonus, so go on and treat yourself and buy one you won't regret it.

Heaven after lugging a dyson around

Fantastic so light does the job in half the time with less effort on my part, just buy one!

Battery has a life good life but stiff plastic switches make it difficult to operate.

It is quiet and does last 40 minutes or thereabouts. But the switches to operate the cutter blades are stiff and not easy to use. This makes it a strain on your hands and fingers. Most people to use this appliance may be oldish (like me) and your fingers as you get older can be a bit arthritic so stiff switches are not good.

Prompt and speedy delivery.

The order process worked flawlessly. As to the product, I bought the Gtech handheld to clean my car, the sofa & things like the dog bed and to rid my kitchen worktop of crumbs (ancient tenement flat with mouse problem). The Gtech does all these jobs, but could do with a bit more power - which, on the other hand, might empty the battery rather faster. One design flaw is that you have to keep the "on" button pressed all the time while you vacuum clean - very awkward when using the extension!

Many years ago I started with an re-chargeable carpet sweeper. After years of excellent service I gave it to a charity furnishing shop and bought an air ram - this is wonderful. I hate housekeeping but this has transformed my panic feelings about floor cleaning before guests who might peer too at the floor too closely. I now have the duster which takes care of stairs and upholstery, the ivy outside is simply contained with the hedge cutter and my most recent purchase, the grass trimmer is fantastic. All do exactly what they say on the can. No hassle with plugs and trailing cords. Customer service has been excellent, any need or query taken care of promptly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend the GTech products and would buy again when needed without heistation.

Ordered one day delivery the next as promised!! Hedgetrimmer great-does what it says on the advert- if being very critical had not allowed that the battery made it a little heavy to use over a long perid when reaching up but that's my only gripe-otherwise good product good service. Thanks!

hedge cutter/trimmer

took me a bit of time in working the on/off bit, found it a little uncomfortable to use mainly due to the length and weight otherwise quite good

Except for the fact that I got a vacuum cleaner and not a hedge-trimmer, the mistake was rectified in three working days which I thought was very good.

Excellent service and even better vacuum

I read all the reviews and didn't read a negative one which convinced me that this was this was for me and I have not been disappointed. I have very steep stairs so a lightweight machine was a must. It cleans up to the skirting boards and comments about it being noisy were correct but I can cope with that as the efficiency far outweighs any noise. I have told all my friends about my successful purchase!!! .

Hand held vacuum works fine,however, first one delivered had a defective swith, Unable to turn off, which was quickly replaced. The second one was also defective, the switch housing had become displaced, managed to refit it and it now works fine. I spoke with customers services reagrding both faullts but didn't seem that concerned.

fantastic product

This product does exactly what it says "on the tin". The TV advert is spot on which makes a very pleasant change. I can't praise the vacuum enough. It deals with anything and everything and the hand held one is superb for little nooks and crannies. They are both exceptional light to handle. I would certainly recommend these two products without hesitation.

As a time served sparky I was a bit concerned at 20volt would this cleaner be any good.oh yes I was proved wrong.the cleaner is a excellent piece of kit.

Both seem fine and am quite happy with them, I just hope they are built to last with that price tag?
