Try them - you won't be disappointed

These knives were recommended by my daughter so when I saw the special for the set of 3 chef knife, bread knife and paring knife I decided to buy them. They fit my hand perfectly and are honestly the most comfortable knives I've used (better than my Wusthoff, Henckles and Cutco knives.) They are a good balance between being heavy enough to get the job done, but not too heavy to hold. And I absolutely love the blue handled!

Try them - you won't be disappointed

These knives were recommended by my daughter so when I saw the special for the set of 3 chef knife, bread knife and paring knife I decided to buy them. I ordered on October 18

**EDIT** It arrived today, only 4-5 days to get here and it is the exact product I ordered and it is in fantastic condition/sharpness. I will change my 1 star to 4, but I am taking away a star based on this customer service issue. I don't think there is any reason to not provide proper processing emails and tracking information, and I also don't think any response emails should take over a week. Below is my original post and experience with Customer Service. ________________________________________________ I ordered on October 18. I then noticed the next day that my order was still only "confirmed" and not processed. This was a concern to me because all too often my Canadian Visa/Debit card is NOT accepted online for some reason. I emailed Misen about it and got a generic "wait 5-7 business days for a response". I then asked them, "Well... how long does it usually take to ship to Canada?" My reason for asking is because waiting a week and a half for an email is EXTREMELY excessive, and now I'm concerned with how long it will take for my knife to arrive. I then read through the customer service complaints on this forum, as well as complaints of receiving items late, or not at all... and now I'm very concerned. Did I just spend almost $100 CAD for nothing? How can it take anyone a week and a half to check an order status, or at the very least actually reply to an email? Misen, seriously... is this your business or just a hobby? I've had better service from teenage moms on Etsy.

My mistake in ordering was no problem to Misen.

I made a mistake when ordering some knives - and Misen quickly sent out a return label. The representative at Misen staid in contact through the process right through to sending the knife that I was looking for. This is excellent support after the order in my book. Thank you again Misen.

Poor tracking information

My order was supposed to arrive Friday October 23. It did not. I checked the tracking today and it still says due to arrive yesterday. There is no update. I am not happy about this situation. A good company should manage its tracking and provide up to date information for the customer.

Fantastic Purchase, Amazing Non-Stick with Even Heating

Received my set of 3 skillets a few weeks ago. I would like to reserve the right to review in a couple of years to see how the non-stick finish holds up, but for now, I would say they are fantastic. They heat evenly, the non-stick is better than anything I have used before. when cooking, and a snap to clean up. At this price, they are a steal. I would encourage everyone to buy a set.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I ordered knives the very beginning of Oct. said they would be shipped in 7-10 days maybe delayed due to Covid, okay no problem. However, tracking information never updated so I emailed customer services and after a day or so of going back and forth am told the will be there tomorrow with tracking information. Great, however they don’t arrive, tracking form says left at door but security system shows no delivery. Back to email, this time they will expedite my shipment all I have to do is verify my address which I do, then the communication stops. A week later I reach back out and start the process over again only to get a canned response of someone will get back to me in 5-7 business days. Honestly I wish I would have bought knives somewhere else at this point I don’t really care how sharp they are!!!! Do your research, this company is unreliable when it comes to managing orders. Maybe it is all a scam.

Update

Still have not heard from Misen customer service after alerting them on October 5 that they sent me the wrong pans. To add insult to injury, they sent me an email last week congratulating me on buying their non-stick pans. I responded to that email to say that I didn't have their non-stick pans because they screwed up, and received the same canned response that they would get back to me in 5-7 days. Really?
