1 month wait and product not arrived

1 month wait and product not arrived. Asked for tracking number, not provided. Offered to post again, to which i agreed, HOWEVER this time around they posted DHL Express without asking me or advising me. Now parcel stopped by customs where DHL wants to charge for clearance, and storage, plus customs want to extort as well. When questioned them, some idiot called Jamie, telling me they always ship DHL, Well if you always ship DHL express, do tell why i had to wait for a month and you could not provide a tracking number

Excellent customer service and products

I've ordered several times from Simply Supplements and have found their products to be of excellent quality. I had a slight hiccup last time when I didn't receive next day delivery as promised, then the order was delivered to the wrong address, but they sent out a replacement order immediately, no questions asked.

One of the few places that still supply high strength echinacea. Not only that but it is incredible value with buy one get one free. On top of all that the service and delivery is second to none as well!

Very pleased with the whole transaction, website easy to navigate, simple order process and speedy delivery. I have always used H*****span for my vitamins but they had got quite pricey lately so decided to look elsewhere and arrived at Simply Supplements. I'd ordered a few pennies over £20 so qualified for a freebie, thought it would be just a sample but it was a full 60 tablet bottle that I received; pleasantly surprised but even more so when there was a further 30 tablet bottle of something else at no extra cost. Even without the freebies I would have been very pleased with the cost and the service I received. Will definitely be using again and recommending to others.
