The data speed is shambolic

The data speed is shambolic. They dont have a call centre so you cant call them. Also, when I switched from virgin to Voxi months ago, I didn't have phone service for more than a week because apparently there was an issue with the SIM??!?! Bye Voxi!

Voxi is a very good deal because everywhere I go I got this network I'm serious everywhere, I have no problem at all. And aswell it's very cheap to be honest and the extra thing is about the endless social media and this offer for almost nothing, I mean the value compared to the quality its just amazing, that's better for me I'm really happy to get this mobile plan in UK

Wife was with Vodafone and spotted a new network Voxi, so she contacted Vodafone and spoke with an advisor who was really helpful. A few days later received SIM card and contacted my network for PAC, received that within minutes, connected everything and had phone up and running within 30 mins. Had to wait overnight for connection to happen once connected had to enter some code into settings for data connection all up and running really easy and best of all 6 GB for a tenner a month

I haven't been with Voxi for very long, but so far I have had no issues with their network. My friends had told me about it for a long time, though I was reluctant to switch. When the time came, switching from Vodafone to Voxi was so simple that I didn't even need to change my SIM! Things are smooth and simple, though in future it would be nice to have an app to manage things on rather than using the browser shortcut (but even so, that's not too bad). I love the offers and plans they have, they really are great. Would definitely recommend it!

Cheap and Simple, could work on postage

They offer affordable deals with high internet usage, sending of the SIM card took 2 attempts as the first didn’t come through but transferring over was quick and simple and hassle free.

Rewritten the rules on no contract packages

I searched high and low for a new network, only to find outdated tarrifs and tiny data packages. I then stumbled across VOXI, all i can say is wow. I travel up and down the UK and I'm yet to suffer loss of service. As a self confessed YouTube and Social media junkie unlimited data has proved to be a godsend! I cannot say enough good things about VOXI, the question is why would anyone stay with their current limited tariffs when VOXI exists?

VOXI review after 1 week

Seems pretty good so far. I wish apple TV was included with endless video but the fact that I can watch Netflix an Amazon whenever I want without eating my data is great. The speed is decent enough for video streaming to look good most of the time; nothing noticeably slow unless you're heavy gaming. I think its decent value for money too. £15 for 15GB and unlimited socials/video. Cant go wrong

WOW! Fantastic service! I was in a bit of a panic as I dropped my phone in the toilet destroying my phone and Sim card.Voxi helped me straight away and I was back online soon after. I will always recommend Voxi as after sales service is superb!
